Requirements:
¡P         Matriculated (University graduate preferred)

Client Services Executive

Our client, a International furniture design house is looking for a Service & Sales Talent to join its expanding team in Hong Kong.

Responsibility

  1. Frequent contact with Field Sales Executive and Event Managers and Marketing manager
  2. Externall, frequent deal with designers and clients.
  3. Work with In-house and 3rd party suppliers to validate the specifications and pricing
  4. Enter the orders to factories and follow up to make sure all orders are acknowledged and meet the delivery schedule.
  5. Inform the sales team when there are changes to the ex-factory dates of orders.
  6. Track and follow up with factories on orders status 
  7. Coordinate with warehouse and forwarder to make sure all cargoes are received on time and in order.

Requirements

  1. 2 years solid commercial experience with good computer software knowledge (Excel, Words,AutoCAD)
  2. University Degree in Business/ Commerical
  3. Act as a conduit between Marketing and the local Sales Office on product
  4. Experience in Hospitality, event planing and travel coordination has an advantage.
  5. Previous experience in Furniture is also an advantage
  6. Good Command of English and Mandarin (English is a MUST)

Program Analyst

A Reputable US based  i-bank is looking for a Program Analyst to join its expanding team in their Hong Kong office.

Responsibilities 
¡E Produce code for new and modified programs that meet user requirements
¡E Analyze and classify change requests, identifying and documenting scope of change and impact on interfaces.
¡E Participate in walk-throughs which review program specs, source code and all technical supporting documentation
¡E Support clients/ Business with software applications.
¡E Develop unit test plans that will thoroughly exercise program logic
¡E Execute unit test plans, document test results and resolve discrepancies as deemed appropriate.
¡E Interpret business requirements/specifications and design solutions as it fits into the Infomediary Architecture

 Qualifications 
 ¡E Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
 ¡E 2 to 3 years application development experience (Perferred candidate from finance or i-bank industry)
¡E Solid knowledge of Java, C, C++, Perl, and/or any other programming languages
¡E Proficient verbal and written communications.
¡E Strong client service skills.
¡E Proficient analytical and problem solving abilities.
¡E Excellent understanding of data formats (XML, Swift, EDI)
¡E Excellent understanding of relational databases (Oracle, DB2, MySQL)
¡E Knowledge of Mercator Data mapping tool, Unix and FTP desirable

Requirements
